Is Otoplasty for Children a Necessity or Whim?

Whether we like it or not plastic surgery for children and teenagers is the thing of the modern society we live in. One common plastic surgery for children and teenager is Otoplasty but there are still discussions everywhere if this is really a necessity or not.
